Pork - Ground - Pasture Raised

We're excited to offer Sant Francis Hermitage Ground Pork.  We have sourced this pork from a small farm in western Wisconsin ran by an order of Nuns. This USDA Certified Organic Farm produces fruit, vegetables, and livestock. The Monastic Order of the Nuns of St. Francis accomplishes all the work.  The care with which they approach their work can directly reflect the pork quality.
