Happy:  Bergamot, Geranium, Lemon, Orange, and Rosemary

Vigor:  Grapefruit, Lemon, Orange, Peppermint, and Rosemary

Directions

Remove the cap by twisting it off the tube. Place the tube up to one of your nostrils. Close the other nostril by placing your finger outside of the nose. Breathe in through your nose as deeply as you feel comfortable. Repeat this step with your other nostril.  Do this as often as you desire.

Each inhaler contains a blend of five different oils totaling 1/2 ml in volume. Sold individually or as a set of one of each in the collection.
