Beef Seasoning Rub
A wonderful way to infuse lots of flavor into meats! Dry Rub Directions: pat meat dry, sprinkle rub onto meat. About 1T per 1 Lb of meat. Wet Rub Directions: Add 1t oil to meat, sprinkle rub onto meat. Work spices into the meat. You can apply rub right before cooking, but best to leave the rub on at least 40 min, or overnight!
